Arla Foods are currently looking to recruit an Export Coordinator to join our UK Commercial Ingredients Team. Our trading team play a vital role in maximising the value of our product returns for our farmer owners.
Reporting to the Commercial Director- Milk and Trading, you’ll support with the coordinator of orders and other administrative tasks within the Export function.

We’re looking for an individual with strong business administration expertise combined with proven experience in managing export documentation and order processing.
A process-driven and analytical mindset, paired with a proactive and flexible approach, will be essential. You should demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, is required, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Please note: during peak period, you may occasionally be required to work weekends to help meet demand.
