Role Overview:

An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful town centre office. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional looking to broaden their skillset, work with high‑quality stock, and progress within a respected agency. You will be supported with ongoing training, uncapped commission, and a clear pathway for development. Attitude, drive and passion for service is just as key as experience for this role!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle buyer and seller enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Match applicants to suitable properties and qualify client requirements
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Prepare for and assist with market appraisals and instruction appointments
  • Actively generate new business and win new instructions
  • Manage and maintain existing client properties
  • Support colleagues with sales progression through to completion
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to office performance
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service

Package and Benefits:
  • £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary

  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am - 4pm
