Job description

Working closely with internal teams, System Integrator PMO, and the wider ePMO function to ensure smooth project execution and alignment across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide PMO support for the Finance and Procurement project, driving alignment across teams.
  • Maintain and enhance governance and reporting, including weekly status updates.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, System Integrator PMO, and ePMO.
  • Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Manage SharePoint sites for document control and collaboration.
  • Support financial forecasting and project budget tracking.
  • Use MS Project for scheduling, resource planning, and managing dependencies.
Qualifications
  • Immediate requirement - seeking an experienced PMO Contractor to drive governance and delivery excellence for Finance and Procurement project.
  • Proven PMO experience in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS Project.
  • Strong organisational, time‑management, and communication skills.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in Finance & Procurement transformation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and enterprise PMO functions is highly desirable.
