Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers in all areas
• Prompt upkeep of the building, facilities and all Rank assets
• Reporting, fixing and escalating all equipment and building issues
• Create, implement and deliver a preventative maintenance program for the club in discussion with the management
• Carry out all necessary daily, weekly and monthly inspections and checks; liaise with any local authorities and Rank health and safety managers as required
• Encourage a culture of preservation, protection and safety in the club at all times
• Ensuring that the building and surrounding area is kept clean, tidy and in good working order
• Maintaining the décor, fixtures and fittings of the building to the required standard
• Receiving, checking, and storing goods received under the correct conditions

This is a full time position (40 hours per week) and will include working weekend shifts.

The pay rate is £18.16 per hour.
