As our Learning Designer Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering learning programmes that strengthen organisational capability and drive behavioural change. You'll help us support the transition towards An Electric Britain by creating engaging, evidence‑based learning experiences that make a real difference.
Alongside a negotiable salary depending on experience and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role. You'll work from home and visit one of our core offices when needed, ensuring flexibility while staying connected with the team.
We'll support your growth with access to the latest learning technologies, protected time for CPD, and opportunities to collaborate across all EDF UK businesses. You'll influence strategy, lead innovative projects, and become a trusted expert in learning design.
