A leading UK healthcare provider seeks an Exercise and Physical Activity Therapist to enhance the physical activity of children with haematological or oncological conditions. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Exercise and Physical Activity Therapist to join our team. This is an innovative post supported by Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity and has funding for 18 months, with the aim to make it a substantive post. The successful candidate will take the lead in establishing and maintaining the service that seeks to improve the physical activity, exercise tolerance and engagement of children & young people with a haematological or oncological diagnosis.
The post holder will have a BSc in Physiology/Exercise and Sports Science/Sport and Exercise Therapy or equivalent.

The Haematology and Oncology Service is housed within our bespoke state-of-the-art building, Waterfall House and our services are delivered over two floors and include an outpatient department and inpatient wards.
