Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and process Visits and Events applications and co-ordinate meetings.
  • Regularly update and review the Station Programme Plan.
  • Assist with co-ordinating Honours and Awards Ceremonies.
  • Prepare and set up the monthly Station Arrivals Brief.
  • Act as secretary for various station meetings, ensuring accurate records.
  • Support the Media and Communications Officer on coordinating tasks/events.
  • Supervise requests for storing leisure vehicles on site.
  • Process and approve requests for keeping pets on Station.
  • Coordinate requests to keep Firearms on Station as per policies.
  • Support the management of car parking on site.
Job description

  • Work with and provide support to the Media and Communications Officer (MCO) on coordinating tasks/events and deputise for the MCO during their absences.
  • Supervise requests for storing of leisure vehicles on site.
  • Process and approve requests for keeping pets on Station.
  • Coordinate requests to keep Firearms on Station and inside Service Family Accommodation, as per relevant policies.
  • Support the management of car parking on site.
