Role: Executive Search Researcher – Accountancy & Finance

Basic Salary: £30,000 (+ performance-linked bonus)

Yearly OTE: Six-figure salary within 3 years

For your first two years, you’ll learn side-by-side with them: developing your skills, building confidence, and gaining the foundations needed to become a true specialist in accounting, finance and commerce talent markets.

You’ll gain first-hand exposure to senior leadership teams, international mandates, and complex commercial environments - all within a collaborative, high-performance culture that values growth over competition.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conducting in-depth research and market mapping to identify high-calibre senior candidates globally
  • Supporting the delivery of retained and contingent search assignments
  • Joining your mentor in client meetings, pitches, and short-list presentations
  • Tracking market movements, leadership changes, and commercial trends
  • Managing candidate journeys from first contact through to placement
