I am delighted to present an exciting opportunity arising within the Executive Support Team. The role will be providing Senior EA support to our Chief People Officer within the People Matters Directorate.
The key purpose of this job is to provide a comprehensive and confidential executive support function for the Chief People Officer, to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of their office.
The post holder will be a self‑starting, proactive individual with a positive and motivated attitude, to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, in a highly complex and fast‑paced environment. As a member of the Executive Support Team (EST) the post holder is expected to be a positive role model for executive support services and to champion the Trust values and behaviours. The role requires initiative, creativity, ability to work autonomously, prioritising tasks according to the needs of the Executive Director and having an in‑depth understanding and knowledge of the role and duties of the Executive Director.
