Act as a mentor, content‑provider and business advisor for the client members. You must be a proficient coach for CTO/ I&O leaders as well as participate in the following phases of the member lifecycle: service kick‑off, delivery, and renewal all focused on global organizations with significant scale and complexity. You will manage a portfolio of 25‑30 clients, typically Infrastructure & Operations leaders reporting to CIOs, from global Fortune 500 organizations.
