Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support to the Chair and Chief Executive in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have significant office and team management expertise alongside advanced IT skills. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and providing efficient business functions. This is a temporary role expected to last 6 months, offering pay rates of up to £16.28 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Significant administrative and office management expertise.
  • Ability to manage correspondence with external/internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in organizing and managing meetings and corporate events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve administrative and business functions.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks for the Chair and Chief Executive.
  • Coordinate and draft responses for Freedom of Information requests.
