Job Description

The Executive, Office Management will support the smooth and efficient daily operations of SMC through comprehensive administrative, facilities, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office and facilities operations across SMC premises, including vendors, inventory, and equipment

  • Maintain databases for SMC Panels, Committees, and Boards (appointments, renewals, invoicing, fee collection)

  • Handle phone, email, and walk-in enquiries and manage general correspondence

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and staff activities

  • Prepare administrative reports and process invoices, claims, and travel arrangements

  • Support governance, company secretarial matters, and provide admin support to senior management

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma holder with relevant experience in office administration or office management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office systems/databases

  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach

  • Comfortable in a front-facing role and liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and members
