We offer a range of fully furnished ensuite accommodations, including our signature studios and a range of multi-bedroom apartments.

Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for a team of facilities staff (maintenance, housekeeping staff, linen porters, public area cleaners and mini bar staff). You will work closely with the General Manager and central functions to ensure the team always operates safely and efficiently.

Your role will also include:

  • Ensuring all corridors, rooms, customer service areas, grounds and exteriors are maintained to the high standard required as per the operations manual.
  • Managing the allocation of rooms to room attendants and supervisory team to maximise productivity.
  • Deal with customer complaints immediately and take the necessary remedial action and report any serious complaints to the GM.
  • Drive the financial performance of the department operation in respect of cleaning products, maintenance supplies and wage costs.
  • Recruit, train and motivate the members of the Housekeeping and maintenance team.
  • Report any maintenance issues and liaise with the property department to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner, minimising disruption to our customers.
  • Establish and manage daily, weekly and monthly routines to ensure all aspects of the Housekeeping standards are covered.
  • Ensure that our customers always receive the highest quality of service.
  • Order stock, issue stock, and practice an effective stock control system, and to report any discrepancies to the GM.
The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, previous management experience is essential.
  • Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels with excellent coaching and motivational skills.
  • Good financial management skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Well organised with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
