A leading catering service provider is seeking an Executive Chef Manager to lead a school catering team in East Finchley. Responsibilities include managing meal services, overseeing stock control, and menu planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong craft and management skills, be passionate about fresh food, and have client liaison experience. This position offers a competitive salary on a term-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
We are looking for an Executive Chef Manager to lead one of our school catering teams. The position will be responsible for providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, managing the team, maintaining stock control, and planning menus.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management skills, a genuine passion for fresh food, and prior client liaison experience. Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week and on a term-time only basis.
