Responsibilities
  • Overall management and running of the kitchen, creating a vision of inspiration and engagement whilst ensuring your team stay motivated and all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Supporting in the development of and design of the menu taking into account the nutritional requirement of the Champneys Healthy Eating Policy.
  • Be fully conversant with all financial aspects of the role ensuring profitability, payroll and food controls whilst achieving maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining a team that succeeds and achieves. Using your experience you will promote training, development and grass root recruitment.
  • Communicate and educate all F&B colleagues in how your vision is achieved.
  • Responsible for the hygiene standards of the kitchen.
  • Engagement with all areas within the property ensuring they are aware of the vision and expectation of your area of work.
