Invictus UK 2027 Ltd (IUK27) is a registered company and charity that has been set up to deliver the Invictus Games in Birmingham in the summer of 2027. The team is based either at Borough High Street, London, or Birmingham City Centre / the NEC.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional member of the team to support the CEO as their Executive Assistant.
Given the small nature of the team, this role will bridge the administrative support necessary for the CEO alongside operational and leadership support.
The postholder will prioritise diary appointments, managing scheduling conflicts and travel arrangements. They will ensure appropriate briefing material is prepared from across the team and will act as the first point of contact, screening calls and emails and managing relationships with stakeholders.
The CEO’s Executive Assistant will also organise cross-programme meetings, including preparing agendas, collating papers, taking records, and tracking actions, as well as assisting with specific projects and cross-cutting initiatives.
The role will also ensure that corporate documentation coming into the CEO’s outer office is appropriately stored.
The role will be supported by an Office and Governance Manager, who supports the wider executive leadership team and governance boards and sub-committees.
Generous employee benefits are offered.
This role can be flexibly based, with a minimum requirement of one day per week in the London office.
As the role is currently vacant, we are seeking someone who can start promptly following appointment, with the post fixed term to end in October 2027.
