Qualifications

  • Experience in a secretarial / PA role supporting Senior Director level roles.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise workload according to demands.

Responsibilities

  • Full P.A. support to the Managing Director.
  • Managing diary and appointments, both work and personal.
  • Preparing reports and administrative support.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects.
