A family office and charity is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder. This high-level role involves complex diary management, international travel arrangements, and project leadership opportunities. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, exceptional communication skills, and a meticulous approach to work. This position offers potential personal progression and a casual dress code. A passion for the organization’s mission is essential.
A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a family office and charity as EA to the CEO/Founder. This is a high level EA position that will be supporting a UHNWI principal and other team members. Due to the nature of the role, there is enormous room for personal progression and to take on any projects that need leading. This role will suit someone who has experience working in a fluid, unstructured environment who is able to hit the ground running.
Dress: Casual
Start Date: Ideally at the end of January/start of February to allow for a comprehensive handover.
