A respected legal firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Job description

Highly respected Barristers Chambers in central London are currently looking for a highly organised, confident, proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their Chambers. You will be office based 5 days weekly initially with potential for 4 days once you are established. The role requires EA/PA support along with extensive Office/Operations/Facilities support therefore a hands on, adaptable, solutions focussed mind-set is key.

The team are highly professional, friendly and are looking for an experienced EA/Office Manager who can undertake projects, enhance efficiencies and add value to the team. This is a superb opportunity for a candidate seeking a hybrid role combining their expertise as an EA/PA along with utilising their operational experience!!

Key responsibilities:
  • Diary management
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Liaising with Barristers, Clerks, internal staff and external stakeholders
  • Creating high level reports, updating CRM systems
  • Providing facilities/operational support to ensure the Chambers runs smoothly
  • Liaising with contractors/suppliers to review and renew maintenance contracts
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks throughout the building and on equipment
  • Reporting any issues including health and safety and PAT testing
  • Organising any internal office moves/refurbishment projects
  • Sourcing and recommending new equipment/suppliers when required
Ideal candidate:
  • A combination of EA/PA and Office Management/Facilities experience
  • Highly organised, diligent, proactive, confident, adaptable and solution focussed
  • Flexible as on occasion you may be required on a Saturday receiving time off in lieu
