Executive Assistant – Investment
Location: London, City (Hybrid working – 4 days office based – 1 day remote)
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 per annum Bonus Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex and changing diaries, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
  • Oversee expense processing with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, travel arrangements, and hospitality requirements.
  • Arrange global travel, managing flights, accommodation, transport, and visas.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for the department, handling enquiries and building strong relationships.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, correspondence, and presentations to a high standard.
About You
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Recent experience as an Executive Assistant within investment, asset or wealth management is highly desirable.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in managing multiple tasks and anticipating team needs.
  • Discreet and professional, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
