Executive Assistant – Private Equity. West End. £60-65k plus bonus. 1 day WFH. 9-5:30.

A highly regarded private equity firm in the West End is looking for a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior investment team within a close-knit, sociable and high-performing environment, including 2 Partners and 1 Director.

The role is a true traditional EA position, with a strong emphasis on complex and ever-changing diary management and global scheduling. The EA team operates with one day working from home, and offers a supportive, high-quality environment where EAs are trusted, valued and fully integrated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive, end-to-end diary management for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and venues
  • Managing UK and international travel arrangements and expenses
  • Preparing documents, presentations and supporting materials
  • Maintaining internal trackers and CRM systems
  • General administration and collaboration within a wider EA team

This would suit an EA who:

  • Has experience supporting senior investment or professional services teams
  • Is highly organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Communicates confidently and professionally at all levels
