This hybrid role demands excellent organisational and interpersonal skills as you will manage both administrative and HR functions. Responsibilities include managing schedules, recruitment, and various HR activities. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have proven experience in a similar role. As the Executive Assistant/HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct support to CEO, Board of Trustees and Leadership Team while managing HR functions.
