We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our VP of Marketing (Chief Growth Officer) and her leadership team in Global Pet Nutrition. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll use your organisational skills, clear communication, and sound judgment to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative global EA community and a leadership team shaping the future of our brands.

Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational abilities – able to prioritise, adapt, and stay ahead.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Knowledge of tools like Outlook, Concur, Mobilexpense, or Ariba.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
  • Executive support: Manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate meetings, and act as the first point of contact for the VP.
  • Travel & expenses: Plan domestic and international trips, reconcile expenses, and process purchase orders.
  • Events & coordination: Support onsite and offsite Marketing events, including venues, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders and our global EA community to share best practice and support team effectiveness.
