A boutique global executive search firm seeks an experienced Search EA to support their Managing Partner. The role involves project execution, client management, and diary organization, requiring at least 1 year of EA experience in executive search with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

A highly impressive boutique global executive search and advisory firm seeking a polished, dynamic and well-versed Search EA to come in and support their impressive yet down to earth Managing Partner and new Partner. The firm are going through a really exciting team, as they are growing their teams, in London, New York and Europe. The role itself:
  • Project and Search Execution
  • Client and Candidate management
  • Data Management and Financial Duties
  • Complex diary and travel management
  • Event and project organisation
The person:
  • Ideally a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications required
  • Ideally 1 + years EA experience in executive search and project coordination with ideally 5 + years of EA experience, ideally financial Services and/or professional services experience is a plus
  • Exceptional multi-tasker able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Outstanding organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining composure
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build relationships across levels/functions and communicate effectively
  • Collaborative team player able to maximize team performance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to learn databases, systems, and software quickly
  • Demonstrated ethics, integrity, confidentiality and discretion in the workplace
