Job description

Executive Assistant – Events & Client Engagement

£45,000–£52,000 + generous bonus | West End | 4 days in the office / 1 from home | Permanent

A boutique private equity firm in the West End is seeking an Executive Assistant who can combine first-class executive support with ownership of client events. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with Managing Directors and play a key part in the firm’s client engagement.

The remit includes:

  • Leading client events (c.40% of the role): investor meetings, client dinners, AGMs and roundtables – managing the full process from sourcing venues, menus and suppliers, to guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, name badges, on-the-day coordination and follow-up
  • Managing complex diaries and inboxes, anticipating priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinating global travel and detailed itineraries
  • Preparing meeting materials, reports, and processing expenses
  • Using DealCloud to manage event pipelines, contact lists, invitations and reporting
  • Supporting with printing, binding and presentation packs
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact across teams and stepping in where needed

What’s on offer:

  • £45,000–£52,000 salary plus generous discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid model: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
  • A boutique, supportive and team-focused environment
  • Exposure to senior leadership and clear scope to progress as the firm continues to grow

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience coordinating client-facing events end-to-end (not just internal functions)
  • A background supporting senior leaders, ideally within boutique finance, private equity, or professional services
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly to change
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • DealCloud experience is an advantage, but training will be provided

If you are a professional EA with a flair for events and want to combine both in a dynamic, client-facing role, we’d love to hear from you.
