Your new role

In the role you will provide high-level executive support to the senior director ensuring meetings, events and priorities are seamlessly managed. You will drive preparation and facilitate key meetings, coordinating agendas, capturing actions and following up to ensure business priorities are met.

Furthermore you will
  • Work independently leading and managing (from scoping to execution) multiple complex business projects / initiatives, tracking progress, resolving issues and providing regular updates to senior leaders.
  • Proactively analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and present actionable recommendations.
  • Support business planning for high-priority initiatives, reviews and evaluations.
  • Drive seamless coordination and communication between executives and their teams, ensuring alignment and accelerating progress on key initiatives.
  • Interface confidently with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, collaborating with them to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
  • Prepare professional communications, including announcements, reports, briefing documents and presentation materials on behalf of the Senior director, building content and slide decks for internal and external events in partnership with relevant teams.

The role is based in the UK affiliate within the Private Obesity Business Unit. Our team is dedicated to improving the lives of patients by driving innovation and growth in the private provider and eCommerce landscape. The UK affiliate is a fast‑paced and dynamic environment where collaboration and strategic thinking are key to success.

Your skills & qualifications

Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field along with significant experience in project management and executive assistant positions in fast‑paced environments. You will have the ability to work independently, taking ownership of your work.

In addition the successful candidate will
  • Be highly organised and adept at managing a demanding workload, excelling at handling multiple priorities simultaneously and performing effectively under pressure.
  • Be commercially and financially literate with a track record of commercial‑based activity in their career.
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excelling at engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, crafting compelling presentations and delivering clear professional messaging.
  • Be a natural collaborator, comfortable working with senior EAs and business leaders.
  • Be reliable, accurate and precise with high attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent MS Office skills, specifically PowerPoint, Word, etc.
