Centurion – Asia Pacific Rentals and Services is a global provider of industrial rentals and services business operating across mining, infrastructure, and marine sectors. We are currently seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to shape, define, and establish how the President (Asia-Pacific region) is supported. You will manage the President’s workload, day-to-day activities, streamline processes, and ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Regional President, including diary management, inbox coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare, distribute, and follow up on meeting agendas, papers, minutes, and action items to support effective decision-making.
- Draft, format, and update presentations, reports, board papers, and internal communications.
- Coordinate and support projects and key business initiatives, tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organise executive offsites, leadership meetings, town halls, and events, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate responses, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support day-to-day administration and assist with ad hoc tasks as required to enable smooth executive operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience providing executive or senior administrative support, ideally supporting a senior leader or leadership team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and confidence working with digital systems and shared platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Ability to coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements across multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting a fast‑paced executive environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
About You
- At least 5‑10 years of previous experience in a similar executive support or secretarial role.
- Previous experience in a project‑based or industrial service environment is preferred but not essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Calm, composed, and resilient, particularly in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments.
- Proactive and self‑directed, with the confidence to anticipate needs and take initiative.
