Centurion – Asia Pacific Rentals and Services is a global provider of industrial rentals and services business operating across mining, infrastructure, and marine sectors. We are currently seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to shape, define, and establish how the President (Asia-Pacific region) is supported. You will manage the President’s workload, day-to-day activities, streamline processes, and ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Regional President, including diary management, inbox coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting scheduling.
  • Prepare, distribute, and follow up on meeting agendas, papers, minutes, and action items to support effective decision-making.
  • Draft, format, and update presentations, reports, board papers, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and support projects and key business initiatives, tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organise executive offsites, leadership meetings, town halls, and events, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate responses, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support day-to-day administration and assist with ad hoc tasks as required to enable smooth executive operations.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience providing executive or senior administrative support, ideally supporting a senior leader or leadership team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and confidence working with digital systems and shared platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting a fast‑paced executive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
About You
  • At least 5‑10 years of previous experience in a similar executive support or secretarial role.
  • Previous experience in a project‑based or industrial service environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Calm, composed, and resilient, particularly in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments.
