We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and oversee daily operations at our Nottingham office. This is a pivotal role within our fast-growing global recruitment firm, offering the opportunity to make a real impact while working part-time.

Location: Nottingham, with support across our six global offices.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, facilities, and suppliers.
  • Providing administrative support to directors, including meetings and travel arrangements.
