In your role as Executive Assistant, you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to support senior executives in the efficient delivery of their and their teams’ objectives – encompassing personal logistics, effective time management and workload prioritisation and delivery.
You will represent the execs in all interactions in a manner that supports USS values both internally and externally.
As a trusted part of the Executive Office team you will be responsible for :
Support for non-USS industry body involvement including meeting attendance
Organise meetings and events, as / when required, including :
