We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday.

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as the CEO’s strategic partner, managing priorities, safeguarding his time, and ensuring he is fully prepared to focus on high-value strategic work.
Operating as a trusted confidant and key facilitator, you’ll bring structure to complexity and ensure the smooth execution of the CEO’s agenda across multiple projects, stakeholders, and business activities.
You’ll attend key meetings to capture actions and drive progress, triage correspondence, manage sensitive information, act as gatekeeper, and represent the CEO professionally with clients, investors, contractors, and senior partners.
Developing an understanding of business priorities, you’ll expertly manage diary demands, complex scheduling, travel logistics, and operational tasks.
