A luxury fashion studio in Greater London seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Creative Director. This role involves managing a busy calendar, coordinating global travel, and handling communications with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and event planning. Offering a hybrid work model of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, this position offers a competitive salary between 70-90k annually.
70-90k perm (or Ltd monthly)
3 days on site, 2 days WFH, with flex as per business needs
You are a seasoned, Executive PA or Personal Producer with experience supporting a Creative Director commercially and personally, with professionalism and discretion. You will consistently interface with key internal stakeholders to constantly re-evaluate daily priorities and last minute changes, a can-do attitude is essential.
Calendar Management: business appointments, shoots, meetings, personal appointments and travel
Communication: serve as the main point of contact for all correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)
Travel Coordination: global travel plans, flights, accommodation, transport, visa requirements
Project Management: coordinate with Producers and Creative Leads to gather all projects key details and plans
Administrative Support: prepare documents, reports, and presentations; manage expense reports and invoices.
Client Relations: nurture positive relationships with clients, brands, and other stakeholders; assist in client communications and meetings.
Event Planning: organize and coordinate events such as exhibitions and gallery openings
Office Management: daily studio operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with 3rd parties...
