A leading housing organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its Executive Office. This full-time position offers a chance to work in a hybrid model. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing executive meetings, and handling communication with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience at the Director level, proficient time management, and excellent communication skills. Full-time, 6-month Fixed-term contract with potential to extend (37.5 hours)
Salary: £44,023 - £46,340
Location: Farringdon, London. This role is suitable for hybrid working.
The role: This is an ideal development opportunity for an experienced EA to support the MTVH’s Executive Office. In this role you will provide administrative, secretarial and project support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Chief Executive, and often be the first point of contact for other Directors, Senior Management, and external stakeholders. Essential to this role is the facilitation and accurate minute taking of the Executive Team meetings, and management of related actions to ensure governance compliance.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of supporting at Director level, accurate minute taking and adept facilitation of meetings at the C‑Suite level. The successful candidate must demonstrate a track record in managing action logs and forward planners with precision. Previous experience in governance or compliance will be considered a significant advantage. Knowledge of Social Housing would be advantageous.
