Is this the role for you?

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a team of Partners and Deal Executives within a leading private equity environment. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring someone confident, polished, and experienced in delivering high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, professional setting.

If you thrive in structured environments, enjoy managing complex schedules, and take pride in delivering seamless support, this role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit and collaborative team.

What you will do:

You will provide comprehensive EA support, managing complex diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings, and scheduling calls across Teams and Zoom. You will organise travel across the UK and Europe, prepare monthly expenses, and ensure accurate input into the firm’s CRM system.

You will work alongside another EA to deliver full team coverage when required, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service at all times.

What you’ll bring:

You will have previous experience as an EA, strong IT skills (particularly Outlook and Microsoft Office), and excellent attention to detail. You will be polished, professional, and confident communicating across all levels.

You should be comfortable working in a small, close-knit team, bringing a proactive mindset and the ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.

Why apply?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected private equity business with a professional, supportive culture. Alongside a competitive salary, you will receive a discretionary annual bonus, private medical cover, pension, life assurance, income protection, and a season ticket loan.
