Our mission is simple: Building partnerships, creating homes, developing communities.
There is a critical lack of affordable housing across the UK, affecting the most vulnerable people in our community.
We build long-term partnerships with Local Authorities to acquire and manage demand-driven social and affordable housing across various tenures.
Across HSPG’s Living Sector platforms, we are actively acquiring 2,500 high-quality homes from national housebuilders and developers by the end of 2025. These properties are managed by our experienced team, grouped into portfolios, and funded by our institutional investment partners.
HSPG aims to positively impact our residents’ lives, while providing long‑term, sustainable returns for our investment partners.
Your core mission is to own the effectiveness of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring their time and focus align with HSPG’s mission and one‑page business plans. You create order and clarity in a fast‑paced environment, keeping priorities focused and delivering consistent support.
You are the link between leadership and the wider business, anticipating needs, protecting focus and solving problems. You will be calm under pressure, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills. You will manage complex diaries, provide admin support, organise business travel and key engagements for the SLT.
You will manage the London office, ensuring it runs efficiently by building strong relationships with the internal team and the building management. As part of the operations team, you will be a culture champion and people‑focused, assisting with recruitment admin and onboarding of new starters.
