We are working on an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded private equity firm and be a part of a values-driven and deeply committed company. We are searching for a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations team. You will play a key part in coordinating extensive travel, comprehensive calendar management and work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Role

This is an Executive Assistant role based within their IR team. Step inside their state-of-the-art London office and work both independently and alongside a fantastic group of EAs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive domestic and international roadshow planning and logistics.
  • Keeping CRMs updated with the team\'s client activity.
  • Book and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update the global Client Relations and Capital Raising calendars.
  • Prepare material, update and edit presentations.
  • Provide support in coordinating conferences and events.
  • Expense reporting.
  • Providing administrative support on an ad-hoc basis.

The successful EA will have demonstrated experience supporting IR teams within private equity or alternative investment firms. In addition, we are seeking someone who is capable of taking initiative and operates with a sense of urgency; being able to pivot at a moment\'s notice will be crucial to this role.
