Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Responsibilities
  • Provide full executive support to a Senior Management Team member, managing a busy diary, phone, and meeting schedule across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, itineraries, and expenses
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to a high standard
  • Draft and distribute meeting agendas and materials, including PowerPoint updates
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and visitors
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across business units and administrative teams
  • Oversee office management duties including events, logistics, and supplier coordination
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident, professional demeanour
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a collaborative team approach
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur
