A public sector organization in Nottingham is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Leader and Deputy Leader. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage complex demands, and excellent communication capabilities. Salary: Starting Salary is £36,363 (Level 1) rising to £39,152 (Level 4) per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Leader and Deputy Leader of Nottingham City Council.
This is a key role at the heart of local government, requiring discretion, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
Given the profile and visibility of the Leader’s office, you must have an exceptional eye for detail, and the level of responsibility and accountability required is especially high.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a political or public sector environment.
