I'm pleased to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of my client for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking business based in Plymouth. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, both in the UK and overseas, offering real variety and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and bookings, and document preparation
  • Manage general administrative tasks including reporting, financial tracking, data handling, and expense management
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient business operations
  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of UK rental properties, including tenant communication and contractor coordination
  • Manage direct bookings, finances, and staff communication for a luxury property in the West Indies
  • Travel internationally (up to twice a year) to Barbados to oversee property operations
Working Hours

This role can be offered full-time, Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

  • Must be flexible with location as the office may relocate in the new year
