As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our Managing Director and senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role that combines executive support with office management responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enabling our leadership to focus on strategic priorities. Key responsibilities
  • Support members of the senior leadership team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and inbox management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Organise internal meetings, support with team events, and occasional off-site activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and help maintain a positive office culture.
  • Occasional domestic travel to support events or meetings.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Experience in a creative or agency environment is a plus, but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
