The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and Executive Committee (ExCo), acting as a central point of contact and ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing their inbox, diary, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage Executive Committee (ExCo) and leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action points.
- Act as the central point of contact for the ExCo, managing communications and liaising with stakeholders across the business.
- Support in the preparation of high-level documents, including board papers and presentations.
- Lead the coordination of major internal communication events such as reviews and town halls, from initial planning to delivery.
- Manage internal communications channels, including central inboxes and updates.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by managing the process for their monthly packs.
- Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and other departments as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting schedules.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing complex diaries, inboxes, and international travel arrangements.
- Experience in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions for senior-level meetings.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
