Tailored Recruitment Partners are working with a leading employer in Bradford to recruit a highly experienced Executive Assistant.

The successful candidate will provide high‑level, proactive support to the Board of Directors and two Directors, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive activities. This role requires exceptional organisational capability, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. The successful candidate will also lead internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage complex diaries, schedules, and meeting arrangements for the Board and Directors.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing packs, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track actions, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely follow‑through.
Board Administration
  • Support the preparation and distribution of board papers and documentation.
  • Take accurate, concise minutes and ensure actions are recorded and monitored.
  • Maintain governance records and ensure compliance with organisational procedures.
Internal Communications
  • Develop and deliver internal communications that support organisational culture and strategic priorities.
  • Draft announcements, newsletters, and updates on behalf of the Directors.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all internal channels.
  • Support the planning and coordination of staff briefings, events, and internal campaigns.
Operational & Administrative Excellence
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical) with meticulous accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance executive efficiency.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar senior administrative role.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
Desirable
  • Experience supporting a Board or senior leadership team.
