A prestigious university in Edinburgh is seeking a proactive Executive Administrator to provide PA support and help organise department operations. The position is part-time (21 hours per week) and offers flexible working arrangements. Ideal candidates will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with a salary between £29,588 and £33,951 per annum, pro rata.

We are recruiting a proactive Executive Administrator to be a key member of our Governance and Strategic Planning team of approximately 20 professional staff. Alongside providing PA support to our Director, this role will help keep the department organised: meeting organisation, finance processing, HR processes, and supporting meetings with notes and minutes. This is a fixed-term 12-month, part-time position (0.6 FTE) and flexible/hybrid working arrangements can be discussed. The salary for this post is £29,588 to £33,951 per annum, pro rata.

We lead the development of the University's strategic planning framework and support the delivery of Strategy 2030 through cohesive planning and performance measures. We deliver information, business intelligence and analysis to inform decision-making and strengthen the University's approach to governance and strategic planning.
