Qualifications

  • GCSE in English and Maths grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent required.

Exams Office - Team Leader

Location: Wakefield College
Salary: £29,267 - £31,050 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Examinations Team Leader to join our friendly and supportive Exams team. You will lead, supervise and support the team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of all examinations processes across the Group. You will oversee exam timetables, registrations, entries and certification claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service for both students and staff. You will play a vital part of maintaining the quality of our exam provision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage workloads effectively within the Exams team
  • Maintain data accuracy using the College Management Information System (ProSolution)
  • Liaise with Curriculum staff and awarding bodies to resolve queries and ensure compliance
  • Ensure access arrangements and exam sessions are planned and conducted effectively
  • Provide information, training and guidance on exams procedures
Qualifications
  • GCSE in English and Maths grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
  • Advanced Level qualifications (e.g two A-Levels, NVQ Level 3, National Diploma/Certificate or equivalent) or higher
  • An IT qualification, e.g CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to accurately input data
  • Excellent administration skills
