A leading educational organization in East Hagbourne is seeking Exams Invigilators to assist with the administration of examinations. This part-time, casual role involves supporting the Exams Officer and managing examination facilities. Flexible schedules are available during term times, with training included. Ideal for those looking to work in education while contributing to student success.
We are looking to add to our reliable bank of Exams Invigilators to support the exams process on a casual but ongoing basis, based on your availability within the exams calendar (exams take place during term time in November, March, May and June).
The role of an Exams Invigilator involves assisting the Exams Officer in the smooth and efficient administration and running of examinations, undertaking student invigilation, and managing rooms, facilities and equipment. Experience is not required, and training will be provided. We are interested in hearing from all candidates and welcome flexible working arrangements, based on availability for each exam session. Outside of the exams season, attendance is required at scheduled safeguarding and invigilation training sessions.
