Exams & Data Manager

Chingford Academies Trust is seeking a highly organised, analytical, and proactive professional to join our central team as the Exams and Data Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role is essential in driving standards and performance across our schools through rigorous data management and the efficient administration of examinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic oversight of data and operational delivery of exams, assisted by the Exams and Data Officer and a team of invigilators.
  • Lead on the accuracy of data and information held within the Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Ensure statutory reporting compliance.
  • Provide critical data analysis to the Senior Leadership Team to inform curriculum reviews and teaching performance.
  • Serve as the named Exams Officer for one of our school sites, managing the full examination process.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of GCSE or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a solution focused way.
  • Detailed knowledge of specific school-based ICT systems (e.g. Arbor, ALPS, SISRA).
Contract Details

Contract Type: Permanent, 36 hours p/w term time including 3 weeks + 5 Inset days (48.95 weeks)

Position Type: Other Office and Administrative Positions

Start Date: Immediate start available
