Our training programme equips you with the skills to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. You\'ll learn how to:

• Write compelling CVs and market candidates effectively to schools
• Work to targets and KPIs in a supportive, structured environment
• Earn commission from your first placement

After completing your first year, you\'ll move onto a sales desk with advanced training in business development, client management, negotiation, and safeguarding.
