A national police support organization in the UK is looking for a skilled Events Manager to lead their events team. The ideal candidate will manage complex events, mentor staff, and ensure high performance. Applicants need a Level 4 qualification in event management or equivalent experience, and strong relationships with clients are vital. The Events Team designs and delivers high‑impact development events that support policing professionalisation. They collaborate with College departments, forces, partners and government bodies to ensure every event is operationally sound and aligned with national priorities. The team manages about 50 events a year and provides line‑management to staff.
