Here at the Hospitality Club we areseeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Events Staff. As a member of the Events Staff, you’ll play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences to guests at a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and private parties. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly, provide information, and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy the event.
  • Setup & Breakdown: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging furniture, setting tables, decorating, and preparing supplies.
  • Serving Duties: Depending on the event, you may serve food and drinks, refill buffets, or assist with table service. Ensure guests’ dietary requirements and preferences are met.
  • Crowd Management: Help manage crowds, guide guests, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Event Support: Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or requests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain a positive experience.
  • Post-Event Duties: Assist with tidying up and packing away equipment after the event, leaving the venue as required.
