A leading security service provider is looking for an Events Operations Executive in Leeds. Responsibilities include supporting the Area Manager, managing scheduling and the casual workforce while ensuring operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in the Events Industry, excel in communication and problem-solving, and have competencies in workforce engagement. This temporary role offers various benefits along with the opportunity for overtime.
27-30k per year dependent upon experience
The Operations Executive reporting into the Area Manager will be responsible for supporting the account and operational management across a key strategic account in Headingley Leeds. They will support the scheduling, training and management of the casual workforce and support in developing the operational management of the account. Based for 6 months on the customer site the appointed Operations Executive will also support the wider operational team and growth of the business.
Working 35 hours across 7 days per week (20 hours working onsite) with flexibility in line with business needs.
