About The Role

Join our dynamic team as an Event Technology Coordinator, where you'll dive into the exciting world of technology for meetings of all shapes and sizes! Whether it’s in-person, hybrid, or virtual, you’ll play a key role in setting up and supporting event technology to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you're tech-savvy and love the thrill of bringing events to life, this is the perfect role for you.

You Will

• Assist Event Technology Manager and Project Teams in developing project plans for meetings requiring event technology solutions.
• Help set up event technology platforms and be the expert providing consultation and recommendations.
• Support the setup and delivery of event technologies, including registration platforms, virtual / hybrid technologies, event apps - using BCD or client-licensed platforms, adhering to client templates and SOP guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of all set up components, including registration, running order, onsite devices.
• Run rehearsals and provide guidance to onsite teams.
• Participate and contribute to post-event debriefs to identify areas for improvement and key wins and takeaways.

• Building strong relationships with clients and providing top-notch technical advice.
• Collaborating across teams.
• Developing and owning project plans.
• Assisting in the setup of registration platforms and virtual event technologies.
• Performing technical checks and ensuring all systems are optimised for launch.
• Providing on-the-spot technical support during live events and engaging with not only clients but also AV teams and participants.
• Learning new technologies and working in a fast paced environment.

You Might Also Have

• Familiarity with meeting platforms like Zoom, Chime, WebEx, MS Teams.
• Familiarity with event technology platforms like Cvent, Attendee Hub, Spotme,…

You Should Know

• This is a UK Remote based role
• Our standard working hours are 09.00 – 5.30 with an hour break
• You must have the right to work in the UK
• You must have the ability and want to travel in the UK and Overseas on occasion
